- Completion of the online form also acts as a registration to the Shakey's® E-Club where you will receive periodic offers to Shakey's®.
- Contest entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
- There is no purchase necessary to enter.
- An automated e-mail response will confirm successful entry into the contest.
- Submissions must be made between 1/4/2012-2/26/2012.
