The donation percentage is valid only off of regular menu priced food items that are purchased by members of your organization. Participants in your fundraiser must place their original receipts in the box provided. Solicitation of receipts from non-group members is not allowed. Depending on the anticipated size of your fundraiser, multiple fundraisers may be scheduled simultaneously. A designated representative of at least 21 years of age must be present at all times during the fundraiser. Upon completion of the fundraiser, a representative from your group must complete all the necessary paperwork. Checks will be mailed to your organization in 4-6 weeks.
